File Sharing and Communications During an Internet Shutdown

Governments use internet shutdowns to cut off communications and push people to use channels that authorities can more easily monitor. This endangers activists and others involved in mobilizations, human rights documentation, and other forms of resistance.

This video tutorial will help you to more securely share messages and files during shutdowns. Some of the tips require internet connection to set up, so prepare ahead of time if you can.
