Circumventing Partial Internet Blocks

If you are hitting the streets to protests and demonstrations with other community defenders, you can be sure that it won’t be long before authorities try to block your access to social media sites and other digital platforms. With internet service providers often cooperating with governments to block, throttle, or re-direct internet traffic, measures may be taken to ban the use of circumvention tools to prevent people’s right to access information, and to limit their freedom of expression. In this tutorial, we share some methods for offline sharing and communication that may work for you.
